WHAT DATA WE COLLECT When you book an appointment, place an order or write to us in the chat, we keep your name, your phone number and what you ask for. If you give us an email address, we keep that too. We do not ask for bank details on the website: payments are agreed directly with you. WHAT WE USE IT FOR Only to prepare your order, confirm your appointment and reply to you. We also use it to learn which services are requested most and to improve. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH No one, for commercial purposes. We do not sell or hand over your data. Only the Annie Creation's team sees it. If you order through DoorDash or Uber Eats, those apps have their own terms. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT For as long as you are a customer and up to two years after your last order. You can ask us to delete it sooner. YOUR RIGHTS You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to us on WhatsApp at (239) 451-8913 or at our contact email. We will answer within 30 days. SECURITY The website uses an encrypted connection (https) and the administration panel is protected with a password and two-step verification.
